🔎 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, administrative departments, and external partners.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and reporting.
  • Facilitate smooth communication across departments to ensure effective workflow.
  • Handle staff requests, grievances, and administrative coordination professionally.
  • Contribute to HR compliance, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.

📌 Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field

 Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

OR

Master’s Degree (M.A.) in a relevant field

Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience

Language Requirement:

✔️ Afan Oromo proficiency is mandatory

💼 Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of HR operations, Ethiopian labor law, and administrative processes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
